Welcome To the Wheatsheaf...

Sitting majestically beside the A56 into Manchester, The Wheatsheaf today extends a warm welcome to all, as it has for centuries, since its' days a a stage coach stop.

Come sit a while, and enjoy some refreshment by our Roaring Fires, or maybe have a bite to eat from our delicious menu.

Greeings Weary Traveller!

Welcome to the OFFICIAL online home of Altrincham's No1 hostelry, THE WHEATSHEAF!

OK, We Know it's on Moonfruit, but none of us can work the interweb properly, and can't be bothered learning Flash, HTML, or any other geeky web rubbish!

If you've never visited before, get down here sharpish, those barmaids need the tips you give them - And a (mostly) fine set of barmaids they are too!

So, if you're passing, call in for a swift one, a bit to eat, maybe watch a match, see a band or do the quiz.

Captain of this vessel is Commander Jake T Kelly, Kind of like Basil Fawlty, without the 'tach, or humour

See ya soon!
